What AVVI reads
Only messages from your school's verified senders, your district, your child's school, teachers, and the platforms they use (ParentSquare, Canvas, Remind, and similar). AVVI recognizes these automatically and looks at nothing else.
What AVVI never does
- Never your personal mail. Messages from friends, work, banks, or anyone outside your school are never read.
- Never sold. Your data isn't sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
- Never for ads. AVVI doesn't build an advertising profile or use your information to target you.
- No surprises. Only the signals that matter to your family, nothing hidden.
You stay in control
- You set the rules. You decide what's important; AVVI follows exactly what you set.
- You can see why. Every time AVVI flags something, you can see the reason, and override it.
- You can leave anytime. Disconnect your email in one tap, or request deletion of your data. AVVI never alters or removes your actual messages.
How your data is protected
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. You connect through Google's official, secure sign-in, AVVI never sees your password, and it holds read-only access limited to your school's senders.
Independently verified. AVVI has completed Google's CASA security assessment (App Defense Alliance) and is verified for restricted Gmail access, an independent review of how we handle your data.
